With our offices being in Limpopo Province South Africa in 2003, Happy Hearts Ministries started to reach out to the very poor Bushbuckridge people groups based in that area. God gave us a wonderful season there! After moving to White River in Mpumalanga Province in 2006 we continued to support Andre Botha, a wonderful man of God, who is still working in that area. Andre is focusing on evangelizing through discipleship-training. We have been very blessed to be able to use Emmanuel Press training material. Emmanuel Press is based in White River, South Africa, from where they supply Africa and Mission Organizations working in Africa with tracts and other Christian material for distribution. The material comes in a number of different African languages, of which especially the French is of great assistance to us where we work in French-speaking West-Africa. We are very excited to be working closely together with Samuel, a local Missionary from Mozambique, who has made a huge impact on White River and the surrounding communities. Samuel Eduardo Chauque and his wife, Charlotte, started a Feeding Program 5 years ago. They reach out to the Widows and orphans and are currently feeding around 150 children from Mondays to Fridays in the very poor area of Masoy (outside White River). God confirmed to us that He wanted us to be involved on a regular basis! So we are now helping Samuel, hopefully raising more awareness and funds to not only feed the current children but also expand! The need is great!!
